Greenhouse (~209 sq.ft. with 12 ft. vaulted ceiling) is an authentic English greenhouse aluminum frame on a Lynch Creek stone base.

Free-standing Staircase centerpiece is furniture grade solid American white walnut hand- made by European and American artisans, curves sharply as it rises 14 ft. to the solid 5” plank walnut mezzanine flooring and the hand-made solid walnut library.

Main House terraces (~4,185 sq.ft.) with north, south, east and west views.

Guesthouse (~1,000 sq.ft.) is encircled by a walled terrace of Lynch Creek stone and “True Blue” Pennsylvania bluestone leading to a curved exterior staircase that “makes the heart sing.”

Carriage House (~1,380 sq.ft.) roof peak has a custom made fully functional Eagle Design Weathervane made of copper with gold beak, talons and tail to avoid any tarnishing.

Garden House (~240), inspired by the “Enchanted Garden House” in the June 1998 issue of Better Homes and Gardens, features a steep slate roof and Gothic details using rough-sawn cedar beams and posts, complementing the air loom roses.
