Facing west, and the Trout Lodge Fish Hatchery is at the end of the road, down the hill from this property, just half a mile away. Great fishing! Access is from Road 16 and Road C.

Access is from Road 16 and Road C. There are gravel driveways on the north and south sides of the property, as seen here on the left and right of the photo. However, it is unknown if they are ON the property. Buyer to verify.

There are a couple of "distant" neighbors out here. The road at the top right is Road 16, coming from the fish hatchery. You can see the Ephrata hills from here.

You'll need power, water, and septic out here unless you live off grid and bring in water. The neighbors are pretty quiet out here. There is a gate at the bottom corner of the red square, to the further neighbor's property.

Facing the property at the corner of Rd C and Road 16. A short PUD stake is near the street sign.

Just half a mile from the property, enjoy going fishing at the Trout Lodge Fish Hatchery! Catch and release with your friends and little buddies.

As you can see, the property is very close to the fish hatchery. Two options to get to the property: go down the gravel road to the fish hatchery from Hiway 17, or go a little farther down 17 to Road 19 and come up on the paved road to Road 16.

Up the fish hatchery road alongside the hill, it's quick access to get to the property in this vast and amazing space where you'll have views all day from the sunrise to sunset!
