Welcome to the beautiful 313 Larch Road! This is the first and largest cabin of the bunch.

The kitchen looks out upon a beautiful current bush and the grounds beyond.

Dining and living space with a loft above for storage or sleeping.

Living room with a view of the creek bed beyond.

Looking down at the kitchen from the loft.

There is one bedroom connected to the main cabin.

Sliding glass doors take you out to a small deck overlooking the creek.

The second cabin is located nearby.

Also featuring a wood stove, this cabin gets plenty of light! It would be easy to connect electricity to this space.

Just a little ways down the lane, this has historically been the workshop. Firewood and garden tool storage as well as a sweet little wood heated space inside.

Solar power is featured in this space.

Lovely, well lit room with enough room for a bed.

Step across the bridge over the seasonal creek to find this hidden gem!

Half enclosed kitchen on the porch and views into the trees. Every cabin is extremely private and well placed.

Step inside the sliding glass doors for a lovely private space to escape the hustle and bustle.

This cabin is also wood heated and ready for you!

This property features a number of fruit trees including, apple, plumb and pair!

The gardens are planted.

This shed structure is the main water collection point for the property. Sitting at the highest point on the property, it fills two tanks and feeds the outdoor shower and main cabin bellow.

Catchment system. With a little more roof space, you could improve the water quantity significantly.

An adorable outdoor composting toilet is centrally located.

Just across the trail from the composting toilet is this cute and functional handwashing sink.

PUD electricity and fiber optic internet are installed!

Looking back form the main cabin towards the parking area. This place is truly a sanctuary. Welcome home!
