Looking south down Eastsound towards Blakely Island. The meandering coastline makes for an interesting view. The next cove over is Judd Cove. By road, Judd Cove Preserve with hiking trail, beach and historic kiln is less than a 1/2 mile away.

Rocky cove to launch kayak, paddleboard or explore tidepools. Second class tidelands are included; see the uploaded plat map which shows the property encompasses most of this cove. Neighbor owns the point in the background.

The home has been transformed into a cozy yet modern space. In addition to new kitchen and cedar paneling, the floors - a laminate wood - are new.

New cabinets, concrete counters, sink/faucet, glass tile mosaic backsplash and appliances. The range is standard smoothtop, not induction.

The new wide plank cedar walls add a modern rustic feel. Opening the double doors really brings the outside in. The Regency woodstove is scheduled for inspection mid-May. This small home can be heated efficiently and cost-effectively by woodstove, but there are also 5 convection heaters for zone heating. Three of the 5 convection heaters have been replaced.

The adorable treehouse has cedar siding and metal roof to match the house.

Mini studio treehouse has 5 operable windows to bring in views, sea breezes nature sounds. Bench has a roll-up bench for naps and a clever mural backdrop. It was designed as a playhouse for owner's grandchildren. Underneath the rug is a hatch with ladder to sandbox below. Owner has used for zoom calls. No electric service.
