Four home sites, each with an incredible view. With a little clearing, from the top homesite, I believe that you could get a 180 degree view of the mountains and water.

Top home site includes a shed and most of the water system (for easy flow downstream to the other home sites). Holding tank for the well water, as well as a catchment system live up here. Electricity has been brought up to this site. 180 degree views from the mountains to the Hood Canal.

Mountain views from the top home site on the property.

Looking down at the upper homesite.

Looking down towards the middle home site from above. That's the housing for the well pump electronics you can see on the left. Mountain view through the trees to the right.

The housing for the well pump electronics is on the middle tier. Another large homesite and views for days!

The middle tier.

The well house and lower home site looking up towards the water holding tank and shed on the upper home site.

The bottom tier still has incredible views, and with a little clearing, they could be absolutely stunning. Electricity, water and septic are all installed and ready for your RV or tiny home.

Drain field for the lower homesite. Rout your septic downhill from any of the upper home sites for easy gravity flow.

Roads have already been constructed for easy access between homesites.

Wide open clearing for your future home!

The fourth clearing isn't as level, nor as big as the others, but it is a very usable space!

Shed on the upper homesite is ready to hold your tools while you build.

Storage to the left.

Water system to the right. This is the holding tank for the well, with a bob installed to keep it full without burning out your pump. It's plug and play!

Looking down from above, you can see the homesites. That's Jupiter loop road to the left. There is almost no traffic, and the privacy is truly exceptional. Properties like this don't come along every day.

Welcome home!
