Secluded lot. Approximately 250 feet west of the developed portion of Wyoming St. Water and power at the developed end of Wyoming St. Slope going to the property on Wyoming. The lot is considered a long term investment counting on the surrounding properties to be developed. This lot is not practically buildable by itself. The access is a county right away, it is not developed. To develop that road you have to do it to county specifications. It is possible to vacate the road to make your own access but that takes cooperation with the neighbors. The lot is best suited for adjacent property owners to add to their existing parcel or the intent of acquiring additional lots. Another use is for mitigation, creating open space for developing other properties. Some want to create a Forest reserve.
