Entry gate area to property - Supra keybox nearby with key for padlock

Area to the left of gate. This has a walkable trail to the pond area. Caution advised for overhead possible fallen trees as this is a large parcel with many walkable/ORV trails in the foothills, susceptible to winds

Pond area, just adjacent to May Creek RD. This would be near to the SW portion of the propertyCliffs on property-this is just before the pond area, to the left as you pass through the entry gate

Looking back as you ascend up the trail from the meadow/field down below

Top of trail from meadow. This is looking down towards the entry gate. If you go straightforward after the gated entry this is the "primary primative roadway"

This is looking up said "primary primitive roadway" going towards backside of property, cabin and clifftops

Cabin is just the otherside of this rise to the left in your vision with another cleared area to the right. This was the area reviewed for potential building site.

Cleared area on the right, previously noted as a potential building site. A walkable/ORV-friendly, only trail runs behind the area; caution is advised for non-ORV vehicles, especially in wet conditions due to soft ground. The trail leads to the NE corner of the property and eventually connects with the outer loop, bringing you to the pond and entry gate. As you head up the trail, there’s another rock outcropping and a meadow on the left.

As mentioned another rock/cliff area up the trail to the right

Aeriel drone shot of secondary cliffs with potential building spot(s). Existing one room cabin trail and site is upper right portion of photo.

Continuance of cleared area with trail to the rear that is walkable/ORV; this trail would take you to the NW portion of the property. It does eventually bring you back down to the backside of the pond area and circles back to the entry gate.

So many varieties of rhododendrons, some native to the US and some from other countries. Many years of TLC went into the transplant and nurturing of these beautiful additions to the property.

Various "water stations" throughout the property

Rhododendrons and more...just wait until Spring!

Little transplants, marked for care

This is the adjacent property line for the DNR

Small stream which eventually feeds along the NW portion of the property and down to the pond below, adjacent to May Creek RD
