The living room faces south allowing full light all day long.

The living room makes a great alternative sleeping area with a sofa bed or a Murphy bed.

This nook is the perfect size for an eat-in kitchen table.

Besides the radiant wall units for heat, there is also a new Dickinson marine heater on the wall. It's fueled by propane and the tank is located at starboard side.

The three quarter bathroom and a vessel (get it?) vanity sink and a LUXE bidet.

The new on demand hot water heater gets your shower hot in seconds.

Across from the bathroom door and steps from the kitchen is this walk in pantry. An unheard of houseboat luxury.

The upstairs is the main bedroom. It has views from a window in every direction. That is a floor length mirror and to the left of the mirror is the door leading out to the decks.

A queen size mattress fits well in this space. There is a closet and still plenty of room for a dresser or two.

Cozy in bed and don't feel like going downstairs to turn off lights? Just say "alexa, good night". Waking up? Just say "alexa, good morning".

Knot Home's top deck wraps around with large spaces to hang out and witness the beautiful city and territorial views. It is accessed either inside or outside by two sets of stairs. The lower level deck has an awning that is great to sit outside rain or shine. It's has a nice waterway view.

Knot Home is equipped with SMART functions. You can turn on lights, unlock doors, and access to cameras from your smart device. Easy access to the upper deck from the exterior stairs.

Outside of the bedroom is yet another seating area.

These views are facing north and northeast.
