The property includes not only the farm acreage but also one potato storage unit at the north west corner of the property. Water to that storage is provided via a shared well (no formal agreement). If necessary, new domestic well will be installed at Sellers cost. Water to the acreage is provided by 2 separate wells and bureau permits QB-0129 and QB-0094B servicing 137 ac. Property is subject to 2 separate leases - one on the storage which expires 7/1/26 and the other on the acreage which expires 12/15/28. Both leasees have expressed desire to renew upon expiration.
