A dedicated office space in a houseboat is rare. This built in desk with storage is quite handy to keep work separate from sleeping and lounging areas. That is the front door and utility closets are now on your right.

Knot Home is approximately 47.5 feet long. On the other side of the front door is this lovely living room.

The living room faces south allowing full light all day long.

The separate door leads you to the covered back deck. Also an easy way to launch a kayak.

The living room makes a great alternative sleeping area with a sofa bed or a Murphy bed.

This nook is the perfect size for an eat-in kitchen table.

Besides the radiant wall units for heat, there is also a new Dickinson marine heater on the wall. It's fueled by propane and the tank is located at starboard side.

The three quarter bathroom and a vessel (get it?) vanity sink and a LUXE bidet.

The new on demand hot water heater gets your shower hot in seconds.

Across from the bathroom door and steps from the kitchen is this walk in pantry. An unheard of houseboat luxury.

The upstairs is the main bedroom. It has views from a window in every direction. That is a floor length mirror and to the left of the mirror is the door leading out to the decks.

A queen size mattress fits well in this space. There is a closet and still plenty of room for a dresser or two.

Cozy in bed and don't feel like going downstairs to turn off lights? Just say "alexa, good night". Waking up? Just say "alexa, good morning".

Outside of the bedroom is yet another seating area.

These views are facing north and northeast.

On the other side of the top deck is the third seating area facing south.

Two massive storage units to toss in all your ... stuff.

The two aluminum covers you see are where the engines used to be located.
