"Well hello there and welcome" The whimsical, eye-catching “Seal Pup Cottage” sign greets your guests and reminds them that it’s time to kick off their shoes, relax and get ready to play. Come on in…there’s lots to see.

The main floor features the game room or "Seal Pup Den" which is located in the garage, plus a half-bath, the great room with a propane gas fireplace, dining area with door leading to the covered deck and the open kitchen with a large eating bar.

There's a coat closet to your right when you enter Seal Pup Cottage (but it's not quite visible in the photo). Right next to it is the entrance to the Seal Pup Den, a garage that has been turned into a fun-filled game room. The next door a little further down the hall on the right is a half bath and the door at the end of the hall is a very large walk-in pantry.

The two-story floor plan is designed so that the living area is situated towards the back of the home and looks out over the attractively landscaped common area between the homes rather than the road.

Inspired by the beauty of nature surrounding the Resort combined with the carefree, playful nature of the seal pup, the furnishing and decor at Seal Pup Cottage are designed for relaxation and fun.

Seal Pup Cottage offers many upgrades. For example, the propane gas fireplace includes an internal heat distributing fan and the 65” TV with sound bar and subwoofer includes a wall mount which lowers the TV to viewing level.

The very inviting seating arrangement in the living area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa (not visible in this photo) with a matching loveseat plus a big comfy recliner chair.

The dining room table can seat up to six and there is an additional 4 seats at the large kitchen bar.

Get ready to start cooking…this is more than a simple cottage kitchen! Whether you decide to prepare a full-course meal, bake to your hearts content, or simply enjoy drinks and appetizers, you’ll find all you need to help bring out your inner chef.

This is a great bar for serving a buffet with appetizers, wine and dessert...or a big Sunday breakfast spread.

The upgraded white glass kitchen appliance package from Samsung’s Bespoke line features a French door refrigerator, propane gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. The light teal blue refrigerator doors add a coastal touch to the kitchen package.

The sleeping quarters are located upstairs and all set up for a peaceful night’s sleep. Pictured on the right is the door to the Queen-sized bedroom. The twin bedroom is located up the hall to the right and the King-size suite is located at the end of the hall in the back of the home.

The King Room, Seal Pup Cottage's ultimate relaxation primary bedroom, is tucked away in the back of the home and separated from the nearest bedroom by the both the ensuite bath and the guest bath. Isn’t it nice to have a little privacy on your getaway!

The King room is decorated with relaxing navy blues and cool, coastal grays. A large picture window overlooks the landscaped common area below. Two large walk-in closets include one with a locking door for the owners and another with a full-sized dresser for guests.

Vaulted ceiling enhance the experience by offering an uplifting feel to the bedroom.

The bathroom floors are upgraded with 12 x 24 tile.

The large primary ensuite bath has a shower and is enclosed with shower doors (an upgrade) and includes an upgraded hand-held metal showerhead .

The guest bath has a large vanity with plenty of storage.

Home features laminate flooring throughout the whole house except stairs and upstairs bathrooms. Easy-care laminate flooring is great for a vacation rental as it is easier to clean and maintain, especially in a pet-friendly unit. Only the stairs at Seal Pup Cottage feature carpet.

The Twin bedroom, decorated in bright and cheerful red, white and blue, brings to mind the playful seal pup and will appeal to both kids and kids-at-heart.

All the bedrooms, including the twin room, include a dresser so your guests have a place to easily store their vacation items.

The Queen bedroom décor, inspired by the striking natural surroundings of Seal Pup Cottage, is decorated in peaceful greens with neutral beige accents.

Spend an afternoon or evening hanging out with friends, watching the game on the 55” Samsung TV, playing one of 60 video games on the arcade-style video game table, or engage in an exciting game of darts. Lots of fun times ahead in the Seal Pup Den.

Designed with bright, vibrant colors , everything in the Seal Pup Den reflects the fun-loving nature of the seal pup.
